项目摘要

別府(1994)は後方向の指差し理解を検討する中で、自閉症児も健常児と同様、一定の発達年齢(発達年齢1歳以上)になれば指差した方向を振り返る事は可能であること、しかし共有伝達行動(大人に指差された方向を自分も指差しながら、振り返って大人を見る)に見られる他者認識は、健常児と比較して自閉症児の弱い点で在ることを指摘した。それでは自閉症児はどのようなレベルの他者認識を持っているのか。その点を観察による他者の「振る舞いとしての理解(麻生1980)」側面から、検討することが今回の目的である。そして対象としては、通常1歳頃に見られる、他者の情動を変化させる行動(からかいtease)に焦点を当て、それが在る時期に頻発した自閉症児N児一事例を取り上げる。方法としては、保母の日誌、母親の連絡帳、月1回程度のビデオ記録(3歳0カ月から6歳7カ月迄)から、(1)N児自身の喜びや不快等の情動表出場面、(2)母親・保母・他児がN児に対して喜びや不快の情動表出を行った場面、を取り出し分析した。取り出した場面は計531場面となる。ア・からかい行動の発達:からかい行動を「他者の予期を認識しその意図的操作を含む行動(James&Tager-Flusberg,1994)」と定義すると、N児の場合は「追い掛けられるのを期待して逃げる」形で出現した。最初は、N児自身が相手を叩くことで相手がプレイフルな情動に基づいて追い掛けてくれるのを楽しんでいたのだが、途中から相手がプレイフルな情動であるかどうかと無関係に相手の行動のみを求める行動に内容が変容して行った。これを「自分の特定の行動→(相手の特定の情動→)それに基づく相手の行動」と言う、一義的な随伴性の理解による他者理解に基づくからかい行動と考える。イ・指差しの理解との関連:N児の場合、指差し理解の成立がアで述べた一義的な随伴性の理解による他者理解に基づくからかい行動出現の時期と一致し、そのレベルの他者理解との連関が想定された。
