Cross sectional survey on risk factors for ischemic heart diseases in Japanese middle-aged female

为了评价C反应蛋白（CRP）水平、微量白蛋白尿、B型钠肽（BNP）和其他心血管疾病（CVD）危险因素之间的关系，Iwate-KENCO研究（Iwate-KENpoku COSTUDY）于2002年开始。所有研究对象均来自岩手县的NINOHE、MJYAKO和KUJI地区。2002 - 2003年共纳入12144例受试者，检测血压、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平、体重指数（BMJ）、病史、吸烟和饮酒习惯、CRP水平、尿白蛋白排泄（UAE）水平和BNP水平。本研究选择40-69岁（58.0 ± 7.9）女性5,514例，对心血管病危险因素进行相关性研究，发现UAE与血压、UAE与BMI、UAE与CRP、CRP与血压、CRP与BMI、CRP与HbAlc、CRP与血脂等指标之间存在显著相关性。BNP水平与UAE、BNP和CRP水平无明显相关性。

To evaluate the relationship among C-reactive protein (CRP) levels, microalbuminuria, B-type Na+ Peptide (BNP) and other risk factors of cardio vascular disease (CVD), Iwate-KENCO study ( Iwate-KENpoku COhort study ) started in 2002. All subjects studied were recruited from NINOHE, MJYAKO and KUJI areas in Iwate prefecture. In 2002 -2003, 12, 144 participants were enrolled and blood pressure, total, LDL and HDL cholesterol levels, body mass index (BMJ), medical history, smoking arid drinking habits, CRP levels, urinary albumin excretion (UAE) levels and BNP levels were examined. In this study, 5,514 female aged 40-69 ( 58.0 +-7.9 ) were selected and the relationship among risk factors of CVD was investigated.The significant relationship between UAE levels and blood pressure, UAE and BMJ, UAE and CRP levels, CRP and blood pressure, CRP and BMJ, CRP and HbAlc, CRP and lipid were observed. The relationship between BNP levels and UAE, BNP and CRP levels were not significant.
