英文摘要
In this study, the air pollution by automobile exhaust gas considered the influence affect the blood biochemical substance at the time of exercise.Subjects are ten adult men. Two experimental conditions which run an air pollution area (P group : Koukyo jogging course) and a non-air polluted area (N group : ground of University in the suburbs) were carried out. Mileage is about 5km. Heart rate was measured during exercise. It collected blood before and after exercise, and adrenalin, noradrenalin, vitamin E, lipid peroxide, NK cell activity IgE antibody, white blood cell, red blood cell, hemoglobin, and hematocrit were measured.Heart rate showed the higher values in P group rather than N group at the exercise. Running time and heart rate during exercise in the N group significantly showed the higher than in the P group. Noradrenaline, vitamin E, NK cell activity leukocyte count significantly increased alter the exercise with both groups. Adrenalin and IgE antibody significantly increased after the exercise in the N group. TBA significantly increased after the exercise in the P group. The increasing rate of leukocyte count in the N group showed higher than in the P group. Therefore, transient endurance exercise in the air polluted area lowered the performance, and it indicated the possibility in which the oxidation failure was generated.
