Traditional industries have long history, but many of them do not keep their structures at the time of the formation. They reach the present with making their production structures and products characters change corresponding to the change in the various societies. The reorganization of the production structure becomes an innovation in each age, and appears. To innovate industrial structure, industrial accumulation of production is important. That character varies in the type of industry, place of production.Industrialization is a big theme in the pottery industry place. The pottery industry pursues mass production and it is important to build industrial systems. The product conversion fitted to the trend of market, a technological innovation, the introduction of the machines and equipments, securing of the raw material and circulation route, and so on are necessary because of this. I specially paid attention to the technological tradition and the talented people training, and added examination by this research. As for the pottery industry, though a restriction was taken in the character of the local raw material and the various historical contexts. That changed their production systems in the various forms. "A continuous innovation" is the continuous production system of the production.On the other hand, I featured various traditional industrial arts in the second copy of this study. Many of them do not have a character concerning mass production because of the restriction of the raw material, method of manufacture and market. The production structure of these industries collapse caused by the reduction of the market and so on. And it is difficult to pass the technological traditions down. So it is difficult to promote these traditional industries only with a usual regional economy promotion plan. The continuous support of the administration from the point of view of the area cultural promotion is indispensable.

传统产业有着悠久的历史，但许多传统产业并没有保持其形成时的结构。他们的生产结构和产品特征随着社会的变化而变化。生产结构的重组成为每一个时代的创新，并出现。创新产业结构，产业生产积累是重要的。这种特征因产业类型、产地而异，工业化是陶瓷产业地的一大主题。陶瓷工业追求大规模生产，建立工业体系很重要。因此，产品转换适应市场趋势，技术创新，机器和设备的引进，原材料和流通路线的保障等都是必要的。本研究特别关注了技术传统和人才培养，并增加了考核内容。至于制陶业，虽然受到当地原材料和各种历史背景的限制。以各种形式改变了他们的生产系统。“不断创新”是指生产体系的不断创新。另一方面，在本研究的第二篇中，我精选了各种传统工艺美术。由于原料、生产方法和市场的限制，许多产品不具备大规模生产的特征。这些产业的生产结构因市场萎缩等原因而崩溃，技术传统难以传承。因此，仅仅依靠常规的区域经济振兴规划很难对这些传统产业进行振兴。从地区文化促进的角度来看，行政部门的持续支持是必不可少的。
