TITLE : Server based voice database system for visually impaired personRecently, the Internet brings us many changes. A broadband network makes us possible to download large quantities of data rapidly. Therefore, we can always use software and data soon, if they are saved in the server computer. The voice database on a server needs the Internet connection and high-speed transfer, Especially, the high-speed transfer is strongly needed because the voice data is quite large. In the present system, a private dictionary for impaired person is managed and used on the server. This system can be used by any computer, which connect to the Internet, without specific software. And users can manage -their private dictionary with Internet browser.

基于服务器的视障人士语音数据库系统近年来，互联网给我们带来了许多变化。宽带网络使我们能够快速下载大量数据。因此，如果软件和数据保存在服务器计算机中，我们可以随时使用它们。服务器上的语音数据库需要Internet连接和高速传输，特别是语音数据量大，对高速传输的要求更高。在本系统中，在服务器上管理和使用用于受损人员的私人词典。该系统可以被任何连接到互联网的计算机使用，而无需特定的软件。用户可以管理-他们的私人字典与互联网浏览器。
