项目摘要

In order to obtain the basic data for improving the method of guidance in the technology education of a junior high school, the relationship between the skill level of handsawing and the features of handsawing sound was examined. The results are summarized as follows :1)The waveform by which a beautiful gourd-shaped is repeated is the feature of an expert's handsawing sound.The amplitude level of the sound at "operation which pulls a saw" is high as compared with 'operation which returns a saw". This is compared to the gourd-shaped.2)When it saws by strong power, the surface roughness of cutting plane increases. Moreover, when pulling a saw, big impulsive amplitude signals are detected in a sound waveform. In addition, the cycle of repetition operation becomes late as compared with a good case.3)When it saws by weak power, the surface roughness of cutting plane decreases. Moreover, the amplitude level of the sawing sound has an almost the same at "operation which pulls a saw" and "operation which returns a saw", and it is small. And it becomes sound without modulation.4)Even if a junior high school student's cutting accuracy has done fundamental items (material fixation, cutting posture, sawing angle, etc.), it is not good in many cases.5)In order to improve a cutting accuracy, It is necessary to guide fitting power and stable repetition operation. Moreover, it is thought that the method of making a junior high school student conscious of an accentuation of sawing sound and its cycle for this instruction is useful.
