I announced the central subject of the welfare community, from the survey research in Sendai-City and also Beppu-City. It does not become to the solution of the problem if the work and house are not prepared, even if a physical barrier is canceled. It was the mark of the welfare community that broke out from the people who resonate in their thought with the disabled person. However, such a social movement became formalized, it regrettably and have left from an original subject. It is requested to the welfare community that overcomes such a problem.

我宣布了从仙台市和别府市的调查研究中得出的福利社会的中心主题。如果工作和房子没有准备好，即使取消了物理障碍，也不会成为问题的解决方案。这是福利社会的标志，从与残疾人产生思想共鸣的人们身上爆发出来。然而，这样的社会运动流于形式化，却令人遗憾地离开了一个原本的主题。这是要求福利社会，克服这样一个问题。
