The research of risk management strategies in nursing homes

本报告1)描述了日本养老院的风险管理工作和护理事故的判例法是如何进行的，2)展示了大阪养老院的接近和实际任务的情况，3)分析了大阪一家养老院的事故报告。自2000年《护理保险法》实施以来，他们一直致力于日本养老院的风险管理。虽然现在大多数养老院都在进行风险管理，但他们的工作效率似乎并不高。在本研究中，我们对大阪的养老院进行问卷调查，并考虑风险管理者所面临的具体实际任务。我们还分析了养老院报告中的事故模式，并考虑了他们的人为错误，如跌倒或溢出事故。

This report 1)describes how Japanese nursing homes work on the risk management and how the case laws for nursing accident are going on, 2)demonstrates the conditions of nursing homes' approaching and practical assignments in Osaka, 3)analyzes the report on the accident at a nursing home in Osaka.Since nursing care insurance law was enforced in 2000, they have worked on the risk management at nursing homes in Japan.Although most nursing homes are working on the risk management now, they don't seem to work efficiently.In this research, we addressed some questionnaires to nursing homes in Osaka, and considered the concrete practical assignments the risk managers are faced with.We also analyzed the accident patterns in the report from a nursing home, and considered their human errors such as fall or spill accidents.
