项目摘要

Various pesticides and disinfectants are used in order to prevent the replanting failure on every farmland in Japan. However, these agricultural chemical are not good for environment and farmer's health. In this research, it was tried to prevent the replanting failure by using antimicrobial and antibiotic activity of the bacillus sp..Dry sludge of the human excreta treatment plant where the bacillus sp. was dominant, clear water sludge of rapid filtration plant and mushroom industry abolishment fungus floor were used as a raw material of new soil conditioner.At first, these 3 kinds of raw material were mixed, and the aerobic fermentation continued under medium-temperature in the laboratory. At the fermentation start, mold and various bacteria colonies grew, but after 2 - 3 weeks cultivation, mold and various bacteria colonies disappeared and the bacillus sp. dominated. Next, the trial manufacturing of the soil conditioner, it was confirmed that the bacillus sp. made into the dominance grew up to 1.0E+08 colonies /g. It is said if the number of Bacillus sp. exceed 1.0E+07 colonies/g, replanting failure could be overcomed.Then the soil conditioner was produced experimentally in the spring 2006, and inhibition test of the replanting failure was carried out on a Chinese yam plowed field. The result was good, and from this result, it was proved that the newly produced bacillus sp. dominant soil conditioner was effective for the replanting failure inhibition in actual plowed field.
在日本,为了防止每一片农田的补种失败,都使用了各种杀虫剂和消毒剂。然而,这些农药对环境和农民的健康都是不利的。本研究试图利用芽孢杆菌的抗菌活性来预防再植失败。以芽孢杆菌占优势的人类排泄物处理厂干污泥、快速过滤厂清水污泥和食用菌工业废弃菌层为原料,首先将3种原料混合,在实验室中温条件下继续进行好氧发酵。在发酵开始时,霉菌和各种细菌菌落生长,但培养2 - 3周后,霉菌和各种细菌菌落消失,芽孢杆菌占主导地位。接着,在土壤改良剂的试生产中,确认了优势菌芽孢杆菌生长到1.0E+08菌落/g。2006年春季,通过实验研制了土壤改良剂,并在山药翻耕地进行了抑制连作障碍的试验。结果表明,新研制的芽孢杆菌优势型土壤改良剂在实际翻耕土壤中对抑制连作障碍是有效的。
