项目摘要

平成3年度における主な研究実績は以下の通りである。1万分の1縮尺の「20世紀初頭の東京の都市的土地利用図」を,1万分の1地形図10枚分の範囲について作成した。都市的土地利用は13種目に分類し,可能な限り詳細に,陸測1万分の1地形図上に色鉛筆で彩色した。その結果は,1万分の1および2万分の1でカラ-コピ-し,全体像の把握を容易にするとともに,今後の計量・定性分析の基礎資料とした。現在,10枚分の範囲の外側の地域に対しても同様な方法による都市的土地利用図を作成中である。農業的土地利用については,外周部の土地利用別彩色を終り,目下,修正ウィ-バ-法による分析を行いつつあるが,部分的には作業を終えている。農業的土地利用と都市的土地利用の接点である市街地周辺の「荒地・空地」の取扱いについては,両土地利用分担者間で協議を進めてきたが,客観的に正確な区分は至難の業であるとの暫定的結論に達した。都市的・農業的土地利用と自然的基礎との関連についての研究も続行した。本調査地域は,地形的には台地面・台地斜面・谷底低地・低地に4大別されるほか,水文環境としての川・人工水路・池・湿地・海・干潟等も,土地利用に影響を与える種目として考慮した。地下水に関するデ-タも集収中であり,土地利用との関連で調査を進めている。これらの調査結果を合わせたカラ-土地利用図の印刷を進める方向で,最終的な原図作成を行っており,次年度中には,その印刷が実現する段階にまで達している。メッシュ分析も逐次進めており,計量的なデ-タを取得できる目途がついた。
