项目摘要

本研究計画は、情報構造の変化が及ぼす経済機構への影響の研究を目的として、個人の意思決定のレベルでの分析にもとづいた理論分析と、特定の産業分野を取り上げ、その影響の理論実証的分析から成り立っている。意思決定モデルに即した研究については、研究展開の現況に関して、班内外の多数の研究者を交えて、定期的に研究会を開催した。とくに、現時点における情報分析の基本モデルであるベイズ流意思決定モデルとそれに基づいて展開しているゲ-ム理論の研究方向についての検討が主要な内容となった。中でも、限界合理性の問題、ゲ-ム理論上の解概念の関する問題点が重要な問題として指摘された。これらの問題点がもたらす経済理論に対する制約の克服の可能性が当面の重点的研究課題として認識された。また、西村を中心として、不確実性下の資源配分についての研究を行い、情報が完全であり、将来の予測が正確であるような状況において、パレ-ト効率的な資源配分に基づく経済の投資計画のあり方を分析した。従来の予想に反して、競争市場においてすら、必ずしも情報の増加が経済のより安定的な成長を保障するものではないことが明らかにされた。産業分析では有賀が中心となって、本年度は、流通業の中でも特に多品種を取扱い、ネットワ-ク化の果たす役割が大きいと考えられる加工食品業に対してインタビュ-調査を実施した。また加工食品は小売部門での物流投資や流通チャネルの再編成が急速に進んでいる業種でもあり、これと自動車に代表される流通系列化が進んだ業種における情報ネットワ-ク化の違いを対比して、調査をした。年度末には、分担者が外部の流通専門家をまねき、流通業における情報化に関する討論集会をもち、その議事録から、調査のまとめを含む資料を作成した。
