项目摘要

ここでスラブ・ユーラシア地域と呼ぶのは旧ソ連・東欧地域であるが、この地域では古代以来、民族の移動や多民族帝国の形成により複雑な社会・民族構成ができあがり、政治・経済・文化の、あらゆる面にわたって複合的な状況が生まれてきた経緯がある。今世紀には、スラブ・ユーラシアは社会主義体制という共通項を持つようになったが、近年この社会主義体制が崩壊し、この地域では多くの変革が試みられている。スラブ・ユーラシアという地域空間は文明交流圏であり、西欧諸国の近代化をもとに構築された近代化論の価値基準や尺度のみでこの地域空間の変動を分析できない。この研究ではスラブ・ユーラシア地域に起こった『変動』の意味を分析するために、自存と共存という概念を立て、3つの研究項目、つまり「政沿」(政治システムの変草と地域間関係)、「経済」(経済システムの転換と新経済圏の形成)、「文化・民族」(社会変動と自己認識)にそれぞれ3つの計画研究を配置した。現在進行しつつある変動(mutation,change,and alteration)の研究をした結果、この地域における諸価値体系の断続性連続性及び非連続性、あるいは既存の諸価値体系の分解や再構築、または新たな価値体系の導入などのプロセスが理解出来たと同時に、スラブ・ユーラシア地域全体の意味空間の変動の歴史認識を確認することができた。

In Eastern Europe, since ancient times, the movement of nations and the formation of multi-ethnic empires, the social and ethnic composition have been complex, political, cultural, and complex. In this century, the socialist system has been destroyed and many reforms have been carried out in different regions. Regional space is the basis for the analysis of the evolution of civilization and the modernization of Western European countries. This research includes the analysis of the meaning of "change" in the context of regional development, the establishment of concepts of self-existence and coexistence, the allocation of research projects, the allocation of "political edge"(political system and inter-regional relations),"economic system"(economic system and new system formation), and "culture and nationality"(social change and self-recognition). The results of the research on mutation,change,and alteration are presented. The discontinuity and discontinuity of various value systems in different regions are discussed. The decomposition and reconstruction of existing value systems are discussed. The introduction of new value systems is discussed.
