本研究の目的は有機伝導体において発見された角度依存磁気抵抗振動効果(ADMRO)をより一般の擬2次元フェルミ面をもつ層状伝導体において調べ,その物理的本質を明らかにすることにある.われわれは,典型的層状伝導体であるグラファイト層間化合物を採り上げ,そのc軸方向の伝導を低温強磁場において磁場の強さおよび角度の関数として測定した.従来調べていたSbCl_5-GICに加えて,本年度は新たにいくつかのグラファイト層間化合物を合成し,角度依存磁気抵抗振動現象の探索とシュブニコフードハース振動の測定を行った.具体的にはMoCl_5-(stage 3),HNO_3-(stage 3),ICl-(residual),FeCl_3-(stage 1),CsO-(stage 1)GICである.いずれの試料もシュブニコフードハース効果は観測され,その解析から(CsO-GICを除いて)2次元的フェルミ面の存在が推定される.しかしながら,明確なADMROは観測されず,わずかにHNO_3-GICにおいてはADMROと思われる構造が見いだされたに留まった.これらのGIC試料は一般にSbCl_5-GICに比べて試料の質が劣り,明確な結論が引き出せるようなデータは得られなかった.一方,SbCl_5-GICについては,ADMROに対する圧力の効果を調べた.測定の圧力範囲(p<10kbar)では顕著な圧力効果は観測されなかった.
The purpose of this study is to discover the angle-dependent magnetic resistance vibration effect (ADMRO) in organic conductors, and to clarify the nature of physics in general quasi-two-dimensional planar layered conductors. In this paper, the typical layered conductor is measured by using the method of the interlayer compound, and the conductivity in the c axis direction is measured by the method of the low temperature and strong magnetic field. In order to improve the quality of SbCl_5-GIC, the synthesis of interlayer compounds, the exploration of angle-dependent magnetic field resistance vibration phenomenon and the measurement of vibration of SbCl_5-GIC were carried out this year. MoCl_5-(stage 3), HNO_3-(stage 3),ICl-(residual), FeCl_3-(stage 1),CsO-(stage 1)GIC. In the middle of the sample, the sample is divided into two parts: the first part is the sample, the second part is the sample, and the third part is the sample. Admro is clearly not a test case, but a HNO_3-GIC test case. Admro is not a test case. The GIC sample is generally SbCl_5-GIC, and the quality of the sample is inferior to that of the GIC sample. On the one hand, SbCl_5-GIC can also adjust the effectiveness of ADMRO's pressure control. Pressure range (p<10kbar) is measured.
