ロシアの市場移行にはインフレ、政治・経済的安定化、プラス成長、市場インフラの整備などのプラス要素と、ヤミ経済、ILO基準での高い失業率、貧富の格差と貧困化、不良債権・債務、財政赤字の拡大と国債依存度の上昇などマイナス要素の両方が存し、このような経済環境は企業の行動と統治に複雑に影響する。本研究では、主として、ロシアの市場移行度の測定とロシアの企業間関係における新しい変化である金融・産業グループ研究を分析し、ロシア企業が市場に適合して行動するとともにレントシ-キング行動をもとることで、独自の資本市場が形成されていることを明らかにした。まず、ロシアの市場移行度の研究は、1997年10月国際経済学会第56回大会(西南学院大学)の共通論題「開通と世界システム」で報告し、一様に安定化、経済成長の兆しが観察されること、移行の結果には移行諸国間で格差が存し、その格差は各国が採用した経済政策よりも初期条件に規定されていること、資本市場の形成が移行の中心課題になっていること、自由市場ではなく国家の役割が重要になっていることを教訓として引き出した。次に、企業構造の研究では、経済政策、産業動態、経済主体の変容を明らかにした上で、金融・産業グループの所有・支配構造を実証研究した。個別事例の研究に基づいて、銀行の一方的支配力が拡大しインサイダー支配が変容していること、メイン・バンク制や系列化など日本型システムに類似する関係が存することを明らかにしている。本研究は1998年4月5日にケンブリッジ大学での英国スラブ東欧学会年次大会シンポジウムで、J.Cooper(Birmingham大学)、D.Lane(Cambridge大学)、S.Malle(OECD)とらとともに″Financial Relations in FIGs : A Comparison of Russia and Japan″の論題で報告する。

Market transition, political and economic stabilization, economic growth, market restructuring factors, economic growth, high unemployment against ILO benchmarks, poverty gap, non-performing debt, rising dependence on fiscal deficits, factors affecting corporate behavior and governance. This study focuses on the determination of market mobility and the evolution of inter-firm relationships. A study on the degree of market transition in China was carried out in October 1997 at the 56th International Economic Society Conference (Southwest University). The common topic was "Opening up and Developing the World". The results of the transition included the existence of differences between the transition countries, the adoption of differences between the transition countries, and the initial conditions for the adoption of policies. The formation of capital market is the central issue of transition, and the free market is the important issue of state service. Second, the study of enterprise structure, economic policy, industrial dynamics, economic subject change, financial and industrial governance structure. In the study of individual cases, the dominant power of one party of the bank has been greatly increased, and the relationship between the control and the serialization of the Japanese system has been similar. This paper is a report on the topic "Financial Relations in FIGs : A Comparison of Russia and Japan" presented at the Annual Conference of the British Eastern European Society of the University of Birmingham on April 5, 1998 by J. Cooper(Birmingham University), D.Lane(Cambridge University) and S.Malle(OECD).
