ソーシャル・キャピタルに関する先行研究をチーム全体でサーベイしたうえで、ロシアにおけるソーシャル・キャピタルに関するレビューを現地海外研究協力者の協力を得て、チーム内で行った。そのうえで、ロシアにおける社会調査のための質問票を作成するため、2021年9－12月に15回程度、海外研究協力者を交えて毎週研究会を実施した。調査項目を精査したうえで、日本語、英語、ロシア語で質問票を作成し、2022年2月初から実施に移した。質問票は、ソーシャル・キャピタルに関する事項以外に、新型コロナ感染症に対する人々の意識及び行動変容を含めており、さらに実施の段階でロシアのウクライナ侵攻を受けそれに対する意識調査も急遽盛り込んでいる。質問票の精査と論文化は、次年度に国際共同研究の形で進める予定である。パンデミックの厳しい環境に加え、ロシアのウクライナ侵攻というきわめて特殊な状況の中で実施した社会調査は、世界的に見ても希少かつ重要なデータであり、単にソーシャル・キャピタルの実証研究だけに限定できない意義を有する資料と考えている。また、関連して、国際比較研究を進めるために、日本のソーシャル・キャピタルおよび新型コロナ感染症に対する意識・行動に関してもオンラインによる社会調査を2022年1月に実施した。この調査結果もまた実証研究の途上にある。同時に、研究課題の前提条件として、ロシアの社会階層、企業組織、地域社会の3つの領域での経済制度とパフォーマンスをそれぞれ分担して実証的に研究し、その成果を研究報告するため、研究会を4回開催した。また、関連する課題で、代表者・分担者は国際学会・研究集会に成果を公表している。海外の研究協力者とも緊密に連携し、オンラインを通じて意見交換を行ったが、新型コロナ感染症のために本年度も現地調査・海外現地参加ができなかった。

Overseas research collaborators are closely linked, open to communication, exchange views, conduct research on new types of infectious diseases, and participate in overseas research.
