健康形成過程の構造解析には、次の諸指標が必要である。寿命関連諸指標、死亡年齢関係諸指標、傷病関係諸指標、活動的健康関連諸指標、予防・衛生関連諸指標、保険医療近接性関連諸指標、健康能力開発活動水準関連諸指標、保険医療資源関連諸指標、都市保健衛生基盤資源関連諸指標。我が国でこれらの健康指標を都市単位にデータベース化するには次の手法がある。(a)統計法に基づいて実施された種々の調査の結果表から都市単位の指標を作成する、(b)指定統計調査その他の調査票の使用承認申請を行って都市単位の指標を作成する、(c)公共機関または研究機関などが都市単位のデータベースとして作成したデータベースに基づいて該当する都市単位の指標を作成する、(d)地域ごとの実地調査結果や環境測定結果をもとに都市単位の指標を作成する。全国の人口3万以上の787都市における、都市単位の健康指標データベースの一部として作成した111の人口動態関連関連諸指標を、因子分析により解析した。悪性新生物死亡関連指標、虚血性心疾患死亡関連指標、脳血管疾患死亡関連指標、寿命の格差関連指標、事故死亡関連指標、の5因子により構成されることが示された。人口動態統計関連の指標は多くの指標をデータベース化できたが、保健行動、受療行動、ヘルスプロモーション活動に関わる指標は系統的なデータベース構築法が開発途上である。地域ごとの実地調査結果を活用するとともに、指定統計調査などの調査票から保健統計のミクロデータを有効に活用する必要がある。以上、(1)保健統計のミクロデータから健康のモニタリング指標を作成する手法の検討と都市単位の健康指標のデータベース構築の試み、(2)我が国の人口動態関連諸指標の構造の解析、(3)都市単位の健康指標データベースの作成と健康形成過程の解明にあたって保健統計のミクロデータを活用することの効用の検討を行った。

The structural analysis of health formation process is necessary. Life span related indicators, death years related indicators, disease and injury related indicators, activity health related indicators, prevention and health related indicators, health care proximity related indicators, health capacity development activity level related indicators, health care resources related indicators, urban health care and sanitation base resources related indicators. Our country's health indicators are based on urban areas and methods. The population of 787 cities with a population of more than 30,000 was analyzed by factor analysis. These five factors are related to the death index of sexual neoplasia, the death index of deficiency heart disease, the death index of vascular disease, the difference in life expectancy, the death index of accident, and the composition of the five factors. Demographic indicators are related to multiple indicators, health actions, treatment actions, and activities. The results of geographical surveys are used to specify the needs of statistical surveys and health statistics.
