本研究は、幼児・低学年齢学童(3歳〜9歳)を対象にして、吃音生起時の呼吸調節状態、全身の緊張状態、音声的特徴、音響学的特徴の実態を明らかにし、呼吸調節や身体面の緊張などの生理的指標を取込んで吃音の重症度評定尺度を開発することを目的としている。本年度は、I.幼児・低年齢学童における吃音生起時の呼吸状態および身体的緊張の検討、II.幼児・低年齢学童における吃音の音声的特徴および行動特徴の検討の2課題について研究をすすめた。第1課題では、呼吸測定装置による発声時の呼吸様式把握のための測定方法の検討を行った。成人の吃音者と非吃音の発声時の肺気量と呼吸容量の測定結果から、吃音者の発語開始時の胸部容量が多く、発語終了時の横隔膜の呼吸容量が少いこと、および前述2種の容量の終量は、発語の開始時と終了時の両時点とも一定でなく変動が大きいことが見い出された。また、測定値を精密にするために、測定装置の改良が必要であることが判明した。第2課題では、3歳代の継続的な吃音治療経験のない男児4名の吃音児の母子自由遊び場面20分間の発話について、転記記録を用いて、品詞別分類および機能別分類による吃音の生起状況の分析を行い、名詞、動詞、連体詞、形容詞に生起頻度が高く、話題への導入を任っている初頭発話では「指示・命令」「教示」が母親への応待でなされる能動的発話では、「提案」「意志の表明」、応答的発話では、「否定」が吃音の生起が多かった。また、文法的観点からみた吃音の生起位置は、発話文の初頭語語での生起が47〜78%で、単語内における位置でみた場合、単語の初頭音節での生起が98%であった1名を除き、全員100%であった。この現象は音声産出のメカニズムの観点から、吟味考究される必要がある。4歳〜9歳吃音男児の資料については分析中である。

The second topic is the analysis of the occurrence of eating sounds in the 20-minute speech, recording, classification, function classification, behavior, noun, verb, conjunctive word and adjective. The topic is introduced into the first part of the speech, such as "instruction, command,""teaching,""mother,""waiting,""active speech,""proposal,""will,""answer,""negation,""eating," and so on.
