本研究は、高齢者に健康習慣尺度の開発ならびに信頼性と妥当性を検討することを目的とした。平成27年度は高齢者の健康習慣尺度の原案を作成するため、健康習慣の概念整理、および尺度項目の選定を行った。さらに、本研究で着眼した高齢者の社会活動に関する文献検討を行った。その結果、高齢者の健康と社会活動との関連について数多く報告されていたことから、高齢者の健康習慣を検討する上で重要であることが示唆された。また、社会活動の定義を整理する必要があることが推察された。これらのことから、平成28年度は健康習慣に社会活動を含める方向で概念を整理し、尺度項目を選定することとしていたが、体調不良のため補助事業を廃止させていただくこととした。

The purpose of this study is to explore the development, reliability and appropriateness of health habits among high school students. In 2007, the original project of health habit scale for high-ranking people was created, the concept of health habit was organized, and the selection of scale items was carried out. This study focuses on literature review of social activities of senior citizens. The results, health and social activities of high school students are reported in many ways, and the health habits of high school students are discussed in important ways. The definition of social activities is necessary for further investigation. In 2008, the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare issued a report to the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare.
