项目摘要

初発乳がん患者への看護に焦点をあてた乳がん看護WEBセミナーベーシックコースに受講した看護師を対象とした質問紙調査の結果と文献レビューにより、再発・転移乳がんの治療と看護、および乳がんと遺伝に焦点をあてた教育プログラム試案を作成した。次に、専門家会議にて教育プログラム試案を検討し、合計13回の教育プログラム（名称：乳がん看護Webセミナーアドバンスコース）を作成した。受講対象は、乳がん看護の基本的な知識と経験がある看護師（乳がん患者・家族への実践経験が、およそ3年以上ある看護師）とした。2016年7月から、乳がん患者・家族への実践経験が豊富な認定看護師や専門看護師、乳腺専門医、薬剤師など9名の研究協力者とe-ラーニング教材を開発した。同時に、専門業者とともにWebサイト（URL:http://chiba-webseminar.com/、2017年2月でクローズ）を作成した。研究者の所属機関の倫理審査委員会で承認を得た後、2016年11月から2017年1月まで教育プログラムを実施し、教育プログラムの有効性を検証した。教育プログラムの検証は、受講前後のテストと学習効果と教材評価に関する質問調査をWebにて行った。771人が教育プログラムを受講した。テストに回答のあった205人（26.6％）の受講前の正答率は79.4％だった。受講後の正答率は91.3％だった。質問調査に回答のあった220人（28.5％）のうち、218人（99.0％）が「実践に役立つ内容だった」、216人（98.1％）が「今後もWebセミナーを受講したい」と回答した。e-ラーニングによる学習の効果と有用性が示された。
