2022年度は2019年度までに登録した参加者のベースラインデータに続いて、追跡データを収集する計画であったが、Covid19の感染症流行により、研究調査施設への立ち入りが不可能となった。その後も同理由で3年間調査が実施できない状況が続いた。2019年度までに54名の対象のベースラインデータが集まったが、その後3年が経過し、追跡期間や登録患者の離脱を考慮して、継続調査を中止し、新規研究施設での活動量調査に計画を変更し、測定方法も活動量計から質問紙へ調査方法を変更した。2022年度は使用する質問紙調査票について検討し、その内容妥当性や表面妥当性を検討して改定を行った。質問紙は欧米で軽度の機能障害がある患者で妥当性が確認されている簡易身体活動調査票SQUASHを脳梗塞者に使用し、さらにこの調査票を低強度や座位時間が測定できるように項目を追加して改訂版を作成した。作成した改訂版SQUASHを患者10名に配布し、同時に加速度計調査、行動調査を行って、活動調査表の併存妥当性を検証した。加速度計と調査票で測定した総身体活動量には中程度の相関があった。また別の10名の患者に内容妥当性と表面妥当性についてインタービューを実施し、専門家会議にて妥当性の検証を行った。内容妥当性は内容妥当性指数が条件を満たし、専門家会議で全員のコンセンサスが得られまで項目の修正を行い、改訂版SQUASHが完成した。脳梗塞患者を対象として妥当性検証が行われていないため、今後は脳梗塞患者を対象とした質問紙の妥当性検証と活動量調査を実施する計画である。

Accelerometers and surveys measure the amount of physical activity and the degree of correlation. 10 patients were selected for content appropriateness and surface appropriateness, and the appropriateness of the content was verified in the home conference.
