项目摘要

令和4年度は，令和3年度に引き続き，『在宅医療を受ける慢性疾患患者がいる家族を支援する訪問看護師による家族コンコーダンス形成力の構造』について，再分析の過程に取り組んでいる．「在宅医療」「訪問看護師による実践」「家族支援」といったコアキーワードのカテゴリのラベリングに難渋していたが，研究協力者等のスーパーバイズにより，カテゴリ化は洗練されたといえる．さらに，臨地での家族支援を実践する看護師にとって，活用可能な概念枠組みを構築するため，概念そのものや概念構造，概念同士の関連性についても分析を進めていく必要がある．また，臨地への応用を前提とした当該構成要素への影響因子および帰結に関する再分析では，影響因子の定性的分析が完了した．現在，帰結に関する再分析のプロセスに取り組んでいる．これらを構造ならびに影響因子や帰結を明らかにすることで，家族ケア/ケアリングモデルへの統合へと進み，より理論ベース，すなわちエビデンスベースの看護実践の示唆を臨地へ還元できるようになることが期待される．一方，家族を対象としたインタビュー調査から質問紙調査へ変更を検討していた計画については，Covid-19禍における調査の実現可能性について再度検討した．その結果，当初，予定していたインタビュー調査を再計画していくこととした．在宅医療が必要な子どもをもつ養育者を対象としたデータが不足していることが懸念されているため，スノーボールサンプリングで対象家族にインタビュー調査でアプローチする等，確実かつ有用なデータの収集・分析に引き続き取り組んでいく．
