The problem of delinquency has generally been addressed using law, particularly juvenile law, with very little focus on interdisciplinary approaches. Delinquent acts, however, are widely recognized as being a result of a mixture of various environmental factors, and this emphasizes the importance of interdisciplinary research. In particular, cases regarding delinquency originating in psychological problems that are on the increase require an organic collaboration of law and psychiatry, which allows us to first understand such cases and then to offer optimal ways of handling the problems. This study attempted foundation analysis for the purpose of proposing effective solutions to the problems of delinquency based on a collaborative approach of law and psychiatry.

犯罪问题一般是通过法律，特别是少年法来解决的，很少注重跨学科的办法。然而，犯罪行为被广泛认为是各种环境因素混合的结果，这突出了跨学科研究的重要性。特别是，由于心理问题引起的犯罪案件正在增加，需要法律和精神病学的有机合作，这使我们能够首先了解这些案件，然后提供处理问题的最佳方法。本研究试图透过基础分析，以法律与精神医学的合作方式，提出解决青少年犯罪问题的有效方法。
