Research on risk communication and management based on the CRONOS authoring tool

该项目旨在为社会科学研究中出现的危机提供解决方案。它的目标是利用长期定量和定性数据，从多维历史分析的角度，不仅确定危机的原因和历史起源，而且确定危机产生的外部环境的结构和变化。特别值得一提的是，这个项目进一步推动了创作工具的发展，这是一个新的系统，可以在三维时间和地理空间中放置各种历史数据。因此，发现新的关系并为用户和分析人员提供即时决策成为可能。换句话说，处于新出现的危机问题中的作者可以通过个人电脑监控可视化的数据和事件。

This project aims to develop the solution to emerging crises in social science research. Its goals are to identify not only the causes and historical origin of crises, but also the structure and change of the external environment where crises arise from the viewpoint of multi-dimensional historical analysis using long-term quantitative and qualitative data. In particular, this project furthers progress in the development of the authoring tool, which is a new system enabling the placement of various historical data in a 3-dimensional time and geographical space. Thereby, it becomes possible to discover new relationships and leads to immediate decision-making for users and analysts. In other words, authors in the midst of emerging crises problems can monitor the visualized data and events through the personal computer.
