项目摘要

本研究の目的は、現代日本社会での日常における曖昧な被差別体験（以下、マイクロアグレッション）の実態の一端を明らかにし、その対応策を探ることにある。2021年度は、2020年度に集めたインタビューデータやマイクロアグレッションに関する国内外の論文をもとに論文の執筆と投稿を目指していた。しかし、度重なる新型コロナウイルスの蔓延とそれに伴う保育園の休園が重なり、育児と両立させながらの論文執筆に遅れが生じてしまった。また、一度論文を書き上げたものの、研究協力者の実体験を多く取り上げたために論文の分量が予定より大幅に超過してしまった。日本におけるマイクロアグレッションの実態を出来るだけ具体的に伝えるべく、生のデータを反映した論文に仕上げたいと考え、現在は投稿先について改めて検討中である。一方、2021年度には学会やシンポジウム、研究会等の多くがオンラインで開催されたため、育児で家を離れることが難しい時期にも参加や発表を行うことが出来た。具体的には、日本心理臨床学会大会、日本質的心理学会大会、多文化間精神医学会大会、上智大学および国際基督教大学主催の「差別と心理学：マイクロアグレッションを理解し日本社会の変革につなげる」のシンポジウムにおいて、自身の研究について発表し、議論を深めることが出来た。特にこの過程で海外のマイクロアグレッション研究者の研究から多くの刺激を受けた。また、在日コリアンカウンセリング＆コミュニティセンターが主催するマイクロアグレッション連続講座にも登壇し、『日常生活に埋め込まれたマイクロアグレッション』の内容を紹介、主催者や有識者の方々と議論を深めてきた。以上のように2021年度は論文投稿には至らなかったものの、調査結果の整理と論文執筆、学会発表やシンポジウムおよび研究会での発表を通して、自身の研究について国際的、多角的な視点から考察を深めることが出来た。
