高齢者が集い介護予防活動を行う通いの場は、要介護リスク者に普及しておらず、介護予防効果は限定的である。基課題では、後期高齢女性の通いの場参加促進と通いの場の機能強化による包括的支援策の構築を目的としている。そして、機能強化には身体活動量・座位時間の悪化要因を有する者への個別的な早期予防介入が必要との考えに至った。高齢期のライフイベント（身近な人の喪失、親族の健康悪化など）は高齢期に共通して発生し、ライフスタイルに影響する。しかし、高齢者の身体活動量・座位時間を長期観察している大規模パネルデータは世界でも少ないため、ライフイベントを契機としたこれらの変化の類型は未解明である。本課題では、豪州の70～75歳女性12,804名を25年追跡している大規模パネルデータ（Australian Longitudinal Study on Women's Health）を用い、1）高齢期のライフイベント後の身体活動量および座位時間の変化パターンの類型化とその関連要因の解明、2）各変化パターンの健康リスクの解明を目的とする。健康リスクが高いライフイベント後の身体活動量・座位時間の変化パターンとその特性を解明することで、重点介入すべき層への個別早期予防介入が可能となる。当該年度はデータ利用の許可を得るなどの事務手続きが完了することができ、予備的介入を始めることができたため、来年度に研究成果を論文化することが期待できる。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the use of Australian Longitudinal Study on Women's Health (Australian Longitudinal Study on Women's Health) in 12,804 women aged 70 to 75 in Haozhou, 1) the relationship between physical activity and sitting time after high puberty, and 2) the purpose of health care for each type. The characteristics of physical activity, sitting time and body time after health care are explained, and key interventions are possible. When the year is over, the use of the license will be completed, the preparation of the intervention will begin, and the research results of the next year will be discussed.
