本研究は、次の2点を目的としている。1.欧米でこれまで示されてきた、「ポジティブ・イリュージョン(以下PI)が精神的健康に良い」という傾向が、わが国でも実際にみられるのかを検討する。2.自己複雑性という個人差傾向が、PIの形成や維持に関連するか否かを検討する。調査1方法本調査は質問紙法を用いて行った。調査対象者は、首都圏の大学に在籍する大学生および看護学校生計434人。使用した主な尺度は次の通りである。PI尺度(独自に作成)、Beck Depression Inventory(以下BDI)、自尊心尺度(山本ら,1982)。結果・考察PI尺度15項目中10項目で「一般的な他者」に対する評定よりも、「自分」に対する評定が有意に高かった。この結果、わが国においてもPIがみられることが確認された。さらに、15項目中について因子分析を行い、4因子を抽出した(運・才能因子、金銭獲得期待因子、肯定的人生期待因子、肯定的家庭生活期待因子)。この4因子と他の尺度との関連を検討した結果、4因子ともBDIと有意な相関を示した。以上の結果から、PIは精神的健康との関連が深いことが示唆された。さらに、PIは自尊感情との関連が強いことも示されている。実験1実験対象者は、首都圏の大学に在籍する大学生80名。この被験者の自己複雑性を測定し、続いて実験操作されたテストを実施し、結果をフィードバックした。その後、結果に対する被験者の評定と、その他の個人差傾向に関する質問紙(調査1で使用したもの)に回答を求めた。ここでは、PIと自己複雑性の関連を検討したが、結果については現在分析中である。

This study has two objectives. 1. The author points out that "the problem of mental health is not easy to solve" and "the problem of mental health is not easy to solve". 2. Individual variability, PI formation, and maintenance are discussed. Survey 1 Method This survey asks the paper method to be used. The respondents included 434 college students and nursing students enrolled in universities in Beijing. Use the main scale to pass through. PI Scale (developed independently), Beck Depression Inventory(hereinafter BDI), Self-esteem Scale (Yamamoto, 1982). Results Ten of the 15 items in PI scale were evaluated as "general others" and "self-evaluation" as "intentionally high." The results of this study are as follows: In addition, 15 factors were analyzed and 4 factors were extracted (luck and ability factor, gold acquisition expectation factor, positive life expectation factor, positive family life expectation factor). The 4-factor and other scales of correlation are discussed. The 4-factor and BDI are intentionally correlated. The above results show that PI is closely related to mental health. The relationship between PI and self-esteem is strong. 1. 80 university students enrolled in universities in Beijing. The results of this study are as follows: After the survey, the results of the survey were evaluated, and the answers to the questions related to other personal differences (survey 1) were obtained. However, the relationship between PI and his own resilience has been discussed, and the results are still present in the analysis.
