1,本研究において「ゲーム理論的産業組織論」の立場から情報通信産業の現題課題を検討した。2,第一に、「ボトルネック独占」の功罪を理論的に検討し、その範囲・規模の経済性と産業内競争誘因の欠如を明らかにした。3,第二に、「アクセス・チャージ」の諸ルールの是非を理論的に検討し、ECPRと長期増分費用ルールの一長一短を明らかにした。4,以上の研究は今後の我が国の情報通信産業の理論並びに政策の議論の礎石となることが期待される。

1. This study focuses on the current problems of information and communication industry from the standpoint of "industrial organization theory of information and communication industry". 2. First, the theoretical discussion of the merits and demerits of "トルルルル" monopoly, the scale of the company, the economy of scale, and the lack of incentives for competition within the industry are becoming clearer. 3. Second, the theory of right and wrong in ECPR and long-term cost increase in ECPR are discussed. 4. The above research is expected to be the theoretical and policy discussion of China's information and communication industry in the future.
