项目摘要

環東海・黄海に位置する4ヶ国・地域(中華人民共和国、韓国、台湾、日本)の海洋複合産業の国際的地域間技術交流の可能性を探るため、今年は(1)台湾における中小企業の国際的展開を含んだ実態調査、(2)共同研究の相手校である華橋大学との意見交換、今後の研究方向についての討論を行なった。従来、我国の中華人民共和国、韓国、台湾に対する立場、意識は支援する側とされる側ということを前提に4ヶ国間の関係が構築されてきたが、昨年の韓国光州市調査、今年の台湾台中市調査から得られた一つの結論は対等、もしくは部分的には相手側が優れていることを前提とした対応が必要であることを痛感させられた。特に繊維、皮革など軽工業においては技術面においても資金面においても三ヶ国の方が我国よりもバイタリティーに豊んでいるようであり、企業間の相互交流など活発化することは4ヶ国、地域いづれにとっても有意義であり、今後その具体化を計る必要性のあることを本年度の調査は明らかにしてくれた。華端大学とは、今後「地域経済」をテーマに更に共同研究を進めていくことを確認した。
