项目摘要

A method for utilization of plastic waste in a geotechnical point of view, it is considered that trafficability and stability of soft ground are improved by mixing plastic waste pieces into surface of the ground. The purpose of this study is to evaluate improvement effect of the ground with plastic waste pieces and to make use it in a practice. The main conclusions obtained from this study are as follows,(1) The nondestructive testing apparatus for measuring the deformation modulus of the cement-treated soils with plastic pieces was developed and the influence of confinging pressure on the deformation modulus was clarified.(2) The undrained strength of the cement-treated soils increases as the content of plastic pieces increases.(3) The improvement effect in bending strength was investigated based on the bending test results.(4) From the model loading test results of surface stabilized ground, it is found that the bearing capacity of the improved ground increases in increase with the content of plastic pieces.(5) The improvement effect by plastic pieces can be evaluated by FEM analysis in consideration of brittle failure.(6) It is confirmed that the plastic waste is useful for improving the mechanical properties of the cement-treated soils.
一种塑料垃圾的利用方法从岩土工程的观点来看,认为将塑料垃圾掺入地面可以改善软土地基的通过性和稳定性。本研究的目的是评价废塑料地基的加固效果,并在实践中加以应用。本研究的主要结论如下:(1)研制了塑片水泥土变形模数无损检测装置,明确了搅拌压力对变形模数的影响。(2)水泥土的不排水强度随塑片含量的增加而增加。(3)根据抗弯试验结果,探讨了水泥土抗弯强度的改善效果。(4)从地面加固地基的模型加载试验结果看,水泥土的不排水强度随塑片含量的增加而增加。研究发现,加固后地基的承载能力随塑料片含量的增加而增加。(5)考虑脆性破坏的有限元分析可以评价塑料片的加固效果。(6)证实了塑料废弃物对改善水泥土的力学性能是有益的。
