The bio-ethical relationship between athletes and supporting stuffs.

本研究旨在探讨体育运动科学中运动员与后勤人员之间的生物伦理关系，包括学生与教师的关系和受试者与研究者的关系。本文的研究结果如下：1。在一个强调个人自主性的自由社会中，道德主体对自己的行为拥有主权，因为强烈的家长式作风不能被生命伦理学的原则所证明。知情同意的概念应该适用于我们的专业领域，因为我们的领域倾向于让运动员、学生和受试者服从他们的指示、目标和计划。同时，建立中立的机构审查委员会新制度，以保障人权，弥补运动员与后勤人员之间的适当关系。

The purpose of this study was to consider the bio-ethical relationship between athletes and supporting stuffs, including the students-teachers relationship and the subjects-researchers relationship in physical education and sport sciences.The results here were as follows :1. In a free society which emphasizes individual's autonomy, a moral agent has his sovereignty over his own behavior because strong paternalism cannot be justified by the principles of bioethics.2. The concept of informed consent should be applied our professional fields because our field was inclined to let athelets, students and subjects obey their instruction, aims and plans.3. And also, it is necessary to establish the new system of the neutral institutional review board in order to protect human rights and make up the appropriate relationship between athletes and supporting stuffs.
