Development of Synthetic Reactions and Effect Chemicals

本文综述了近年来国内外合成反应及效应化学品的研究进展：1）在金属铋存在下，烯丙醇原位合成烯丙基卤化物，用于醛的烯丙基化反应; 2）烯丙基锡化合物和烯丙基铋化合物在水或水介质中用于醛的烯丙基化反应; 3）氢化三丁基锡在甲醇、有机水溶剂、或水：4）位阻有机双（2，4，6-三异丙基苯基）氢硼酸酯及其聚苯乙烯衍生物的制备和用于酮的非对映选择性还原的用途5）使用四（三氟乙酸）钌和PIFA合成木脂素6）环肽和环缩肽的合成和应用。

This summary presents the research results of development of synthetic reactions and effect chemicals.1) Allylation of aldehydes by using allylic halides prepared in situ from allylic alcohols in the presence of metallic bismuth.2) Allylation of aldehydes by using allyltin compounds and allylbismuth compounds in aqueous media or water.3) Solvent-mediated chemoselective reduction of aldehydes by using tributyltin hydride in methanol, aqueous organic solvents, or water : an environmentally benign process.4) Preparation and use of sterically hindered organobis (2,4,6-triisopropylphenyl) hydro-borates and their polystyrene derivatives for the diastereoselective reduction of ketones.5) Synthesis of Lignans using Ruthenium Tetra (trifluoroacetate) and PIFA.6) Synthesis and Application of Cyclopeptides and Cyclodepsipeptides.
