１．研究に同意が得られた単胎かつ正期産で出生した母子200組を対象として、診療録および助産録から、母子の基本情報、妊娠・分娩経過、新生児経過について情報収集した。また、母体および新生児の尿サンプルを採取し、酸化ストレスマーカーである8-OHdGを測定した。さらに母子情報と母体および新生児それぞれの尿中8-OHdGとの関連および児の栄養方法と新生児の尿中8-OHdGとの関連を解析した。２．産後１か月の母親に食物摂取頻度調査（FFQg）を実施した。
