项目摘要
訪問看護事業所の管理者を対象にヒアリング調査を行い、現在取り組んでいる暴力・ハラスメントへの対策やこれまでに経験した暴力・ハラスメントの情報、発生時の報告経路が確立されているかという内容について聞き取り調査を行った。現状では、暴力・ハラスメントへの対策が十分ではない状況もあるため、それらを解決するための方策についても今後一緒に取り組んでいくこととなった。暴力・ハラスメントが発生した際に、迅速に報告、情報共有できるシステムの開発を進めている。
