本研究の目的は、小児医療に携わる看護師を対象とした、子ども虐待予防教育プログラムを構築し、構築したプログラムの実施・評価を行い、臨床現場からのフィードバックを受けプログラムの検証と再構築をシステマティックに実施することである。2022年度は、看護師向け子ども虐待予防教育プログラムの構築に必要なコンテンツ選定の基礎資料とするため、①国内外の関連文献の検討、②医療機関向け虐待対応プログラムBEAMSの内容および看護師向け子ども虐待対応に関する教育内容（小児救急看護認定看護師基準カリキュラムなど）の検討、を行った。また、日本子ども虐待医学会のBEAMS（医療機関向けの虐待対応プログラム）委員会のメンバーと連携を取りながら、看護師向け虐待対応プログラムのあり方について検討を行った。①については国内の文献を中心に検討をおこなった。①②の検討内容から、看護師向け子ども虐待予防教育プログラムには、虐待されている子どもや虐待予備軍である「気になる親子」の早期発見に関する知識・スキルについての内容のみならず、「気になる親子」の子育てを支える援助の内容、虐待事例にかかわる医療者の心理や医療者自身へのケアについての内容、などを強化していく必要があると考えられた。なお、2022年度に予定していた小児医療に携わる看護師の子ども虐待対応と病院内の子ども虐待対応チーム内の役割についての実態調査の実施と分析に関しては実施できていない。2023年度、倫理審査承認を経て調査を行う予定である。
