本年度は研究初年度のため、共同研究者との連絡体制及び、研究体制の構築を行った。共同研究者は、福岡、宮崎、神戸と遠隔であるため、メール会議やZOOM会議などで研究の進捗を確認しながら実行した。令和3～4年度の研究計画として「研究１：ストレングスリテラシー尺度の開発（令和3年～4年）」とした。(1)精神科訪問看護師へのインタビューの実施①経験年数等を考慮し、20名ほどを4グループに分け、半構造化したフォーカスグループインタビューを実施する。質問は、「精神科看護師がストレングスを見出す視点にはどのようなものがあるのか」について行い、その内容を録音する。②逐語化したデータについて質的分析を行い、対象者に対するストレングスを見出す視点から項目を抽出する。(2)尺度項目の作成①国内外の既存文献及びインタビューから得られた項目から質問項目を抽出し、質問紙を作成する。項目分析としてI-T相関、確認的因子分析を行う。作成した項目についてACT等の専門家からデルファイ法にて意見を集約し質問紙の精度を高める。②30～50名の精神科訪問看護師を対象にプレテストを行なう。③SPSS統計ソフトを用いて質問紙の信頼性、妥当性を検証する。2022年度は、(1)の実施のための準備段階としての文献レビューが必要であったため、国内外の論文を収集し、共同研究者が本研究のテーマである「ストレングス」の定義、及び近接概念である「レジリエンス」「セルフエフィカシー」等の概念との比較等を行い、尺度項目作成のための初回項目プールの抽出作業を実践中である。
