项目摘要

2022年度は研究１の、ニューノーマル時代における父親役割適応を促す出生後教育に関するニーズ調査（令和４～５年度実施予定）を行った。研究目的は、新型コロナウイルス感染症流行後に初めて父親となった男性に、自分なりの父親役割行動を実施できるようになった理由や効果的だと感じた支援等を明らかにすることである。研究デザインは質的記述的研究である。2022年度は、本研究計画を研究者が所属している大学の倫理審査委員会に提出し、承認を得て、研究対象者の募集とデータ収集を行った。研究対象者の条件として、新型コロナウイルス感染症流行後に初めて父親となった男性で、初めての子どもの父親であること、②正期産で出産した児を持ち、親子ともに健康であること、里帰りの有無は問わないが、親子で生活経験のあること、を満たす対象者を募集した。縁故法を用いて、対象者を募集した。同意を得た親となる男性6名のうち、2022年度は5名に半構成的インタビューを行った（zoom及び電話にて実施）。インタビュー内容は、父親が自分なりの父親役割行動を実施できるようになった理由や効果的だと感じた支援についてである。インタビューで得られたすべてのデータから逐語録を作成した。今後、さらに研究対象者を募集し、得られたデータを質的に分析して、初めて親となった男性における父親役割適応を促す出生後教育に関するニーズを明確にする。そして研究１の結果に基づき、文献検討を重ねて看護介入プログラムの内容を検討する予定である。
