本研究の目的は、高齢がん患者の治療および介護に携わる家族が、介護と就労を両立して就労を継続できるよう支援するシステムを開発し、その有効性を検証する。そのために今年度は、高齢がん患者とその家族の支援をしているケア提供者を対象に、その支援内容を聞き取り、就労介護者の支援システムの構築のための情報を得る。申請者ら(2012～)は、要介護高齢者を就労しながら介護している家族（就労介護者）を対象として社会的損失を明らかにした。就労介護者が無償の介護（インフォーマルケア）が平均225万円/年を提供し、収入が減少していることを明らかにした。さらに高齢がん患者を就労しながら介護している者が、介護により就労に影響をきたしている実態を把握した。そこで、本研究では高齢がん患者の治療および介護に携わる家族が、介護と就労を両立して就労を継続できるよう支援するシステムを開発し、有効性を検証することを目的とする。(1)高齢がん患者の治療と介護に携わる就労介護者の課題抽出し、(2) 医療・企業・地域をつなぎ「情報発信・相談・コミュニケ―ション」を行う包括的な支援システムの設計、(3) 支援システムの実施、(4)介入後のプロセスを評価し、有効性を検証する。令和4年度は「高齢がん患者を介護している家族介護者の就労に関する文献検討」として海外の先行文献レビューを実施し、第93回日本衛生学会学術集会において発表した。また、高齢がん患者の就労介護者のニーズを把握するために、就労介護者の課題抽出をするために、看護師、ソーシャルワーカーとし対象にインタビューを予定し、所属機関の倫理審査委員会の承認を得た。今後、インタビューを実施して就労介護者のニーズ把握、医療者、企業による支援方法・内容を把握し、課題を明確にする。インタビューで得られたデータより課題抽出する。
