研究における教育の実施方法に関する情報収集として、令和4年7月5日に開催された「データサイエンス・AI教育シンポジウム」（金沢市文化ホール）に参加し、新たな教育手法に関する実践例の情報収集を行うとともに、研修会の主催者で研究分担者でもある北陸大学杉森公一先生と「対面」と「オンライン」の両方を使ったハイブリッド教育の準備や実施する際に必要な機材等についての打合せを行った。また、石川県看護教育機関連絡協議会の研修会にて、実際のハイブリッド教育を実践できる場を得ることができ、研究分担者の杉森先生、研修会の準備に携わる本学の教員数名と研修会開催のための打合せをオンラインで6月13日、6月27日に開催し、さらにメール会議も複数回行って準備を進めた。実際の石川県看護教育機関連絡協議会の研修会は、8月12日（金）に行い、本会場を石川県庁会議室とし、「看護教育におけるアクティブラーニングの実践とオンライン教育・ハイブリッド教育の実現」という題で杉森公一先生に講演していただくとともに、県内の様々な場所からオンライン参加していただく参加者にも、講演会の視聴ならびにグループワークや質疑にも参加していただいた。このように対面とオンラインを組み合わせたハイブリッド開催を行うことで、実際のハイブリッド教育の実践を行った。研修会では研究代表者は座長として研修会を進める役割を担い、実際に研究として行うためにはどのように準備、運営を行っていくことが必要かについてのシミュレーションを行った。本研究の研究プログラムの立案や評価指標の選定等のための研究分担者との打合せは、研究代表者が令和4年8月の豪雨災害により被災したため計画通りには進められず、次年度に延期させていただき、分担者の先生方には次年度の打合せのための準備をそれぞれに進めていただいた。
