项目摘要

本研究の目的は①地区住民の日常生活行動を概観するために必要な既存資料の種類・収集方法、②地理空間情報を活用した地区住民の日常生活行動を概観する方法を明らかにし、①と②を基に作成した学習教材の試行と評価を通して、学習教材を開発することである。2022年度は、地域アセスメントにおける地理空間情報の活用状況を把握し、地区住民の日常生活行動を概観するために必要な情報の取捨選択と地理空間情報とのリンケージについて検討することを目的とし、地域アセスメントでの地理空間情報の活用に関する研究動向とこれまでに得られた知見を整理することを目的として国内文献の検討を行った。文献検討の結果、「住民の生活行動圏域の理解および生活上の課題の把握」「地域住民の生活資源へのアクセシビリティの理解」などを目的として地域アセスメントが行われており、「誰もがアクセス可能な公開されたデータ」だけでなく「自治体担当者がアクセスできる未公開データ」および「フィールドワーク等によって習得したデータ」が用いられていた。地理空間情報の活用方法では「GISを用いた地域特性の見える化」「フィールドワークで得られた情報のマッピング」などがあった。地理空間情報活用の利点として「地域内だけでなく、近接地域の社会資源の利用可能性と社会資源の充足化に向けた課題の明確化」「地域住民および関係者から得られた情報の視覚化により、地域の特徴の包括的な理解」「地域住民とその地域の地理的環境・交通の関係性だけでなく、健康状態や生活などに影響の理解」などがあった一方で、「地理空間情報を活用する段階で生じる課題」と、「地域アセスメントの結果を適用する段階で生じる課題」という、2つの課題が考えられた。文献検討の結果は第42回看護科学学会にて「地域保健活動における地域診断での地理情報の活用に関する文献レビュー」として発表した。
