近年、選手強化や競技の普及等において、オリ・パラの中央競技団体による連携した取組が進められている。しかし、障害者の競技団体は脆弱であり、オリ・パラの中央競技団体との連携のあり方、障害種別で異なる競技団体間の連携等の実態は明らかにされていない。本研究の目的は、全国・地方といったレベルにおいて、健常者と障害者の競技団体間連携の条件やあり方を明らかにし、競技特性や地域の現状に応じて類型化を図ることで、共生社会を意識した地域の新たなスポーツ推進モデルを示すことである。本年度は、障害者の中央競技団体の公開資料（ガバナンスコードの自己説明等）から、各競技団体の事務局体制や他の競技団体との連携等について課題の整理を試みた。次に、日本パラリンピック委員会加盟競技団体及び日本パラスポーツ協会競技団体協議会加盟団体を参考に、国内における障害者スポーツ競技団体を種目別、障害種別で分類した。資料調査を通して、わが国における障害者の中央競技団体は障害種により分類されている競技団体（特に身体障害、知的障害、聴覚障害）が数多く存在し、種目別の分類が困難な競技が存在することが明らかになった。健常者と障害者の競技団体間連携のあり方に関するフィールド調査では、オリ・パラの競技種目であり健常者と障害者の競技団体が別組織である「バドミントン」を選択した。調査内容は、2022年に東京で開催されたパラバドミントン世界選手権大会において、事務局体制、オリ・パラの競技団体間の連携方法や課題等についてであった。これらの調査を踏まえ、障害者スポーツ競技団体（夏季・冬季パラリンピック競技種目）を対象に、障害者スポーツ競技団体間の連携に関する質問紙を作成し、現在研究倫理審査中である。
