项目摘要

本研究では、社会実装を前提として、障害児者のアクティブ・エイジングを「ささえる」運動プログラムを開発することを目的とした。研究開始初年度である2022年度は、ミックス法(Creswell et al,2003) による情報収集と質問紙作成を計画していたが、研究代表者の異動があったため若干の計画を変更し、フィールドワークによる市場調査と障害者スポーツに関連するヒアリング調査を中心に行った。質問紙調査を作成するための情報収集では、障害者スポーツ指導員と資格取得講習会の参加者、作業所に勤務する担当者、さらに特別支援学校教員を対象にヒアリングを行い、市場（地域）の特性と種目展開、実施形態および依頼ルート等について確認した。フィールドワークは兵庫県庁や神戸市役所等の公共機関と神戸市障害者スポーツ振興センターや磯上体育館、明石市立体育館等を訪問し、施設・環境と人的資源について情報を収集した。また、研究代表者の異動先である大学では、運動・スポーツを普段実施していない学部生が多かったことから、ボッチャ等の障害者スポーツプログラムやローンボウルズといった車椅子で実施できるニュースポーツに慣れ親しむ機会を正課授業で設けた。さらに、障害者スポーツの国際大会を観戦し、パラスポーツ王国を始めとする障害者スポーツイベントでささえるためのプログラムを体験するなど、理論・実践を通じて障害児者と運動・スポーツの関わりについて理解を深めた。
