项目摘要

今年度は、①地域拠点施設の実態をいくつかの視点から捉え、②遊休化施設を地域拠点施設に改修した事例の調査を行った。まず①地域拠点施設の実態の事例として１）地域生活・地域文化に貢献してきた古くからある施設のうち木造小学校、映画館施設に着目してこれらの空間構成を研究した。次に２）地域産業に基づいた地域拠点施設（宮川・飛騨川流域の製材所）、３）地域コミュニティに基づいた地域拠点施設（長野市における地域公民館）という二つの視点から調査分析を行い、研究論文としてまとめた。次に②遊休化施設を地域拠点施設に改修した事例の調査として、１）空き家改修による「地域密着型通所介護施設」の利用実態、２）被災後の自主修繕というプロセスに着目して地域拠点の再生実態を調査した。以上は、地場産業、住民自治、介護、被災後のコミュニティという、地域拠点整備のキーワードであり、モデル提案に向けた前段階であると考える。
