项目摘要

精神科病床の入院期間は、一般病床と比較して長期間に及ぶため快適な入院環境の提供が重要である。先行研究では、患者にとって、快適性の高い寝具の色を明らかにするために精神科に入院中の患者と精神科に勤務している看護師を対象に、病室の寝具6色（白、ペールトーンの赤、黄、緑、青、紫）の印象について調査した結果、白、青、緑の寝具は心理的快適性が高く評価された。しかし、色彩嗜好には季節差が認められていることから、夏季と冬季でどのような違いがみられるか検証する必要性が示唆された。2022年度は、寝具の色に対し、患者が抱く印象について夏季と冬季において比較分析した結果を報告した。夏冬ともにペールトーンの青、白の順に心理的快適性が高く評価され、病院寝具に対する患者の色の印象は、季節による差異はみられなかった。また、病院寝具の選定には病院側の立場から看護師の意見が反映される可能性が考えられるため、看護師と患者の寝具の色の印象に違いがみられるか検証する必要性が示唆された。そこで、患者が抱く印象と看護師が抱く印象の調査結果を比較した。看護師、患者ともに白、ペールトーンの青の順に心理的快適性が高く評価された。看護師と患者で印象に差がみられたのは、ペールトーンの青のみであった。ペールトーンの青は、明るさ・暖かさにおいて男性患者に高く評価された。これらの調査結果から、次に青の寝具に着目した。ぺール、ライト、ブライト、グレイッシュ、ダーク、ディープトーンの6種のサンプルを作成した。精神科に入院中の患者、精神科に勤務している看護師を対象に、病院寝具としてのふさわしさ、清潔感や明るさ等寝具に対する印象（14項目）について調査した。
