本研究の目的は，健康で豊かな老後を過ごすために認知行動療法のひとつであるセルフモニタリングをもちいた地域基盤型活動アプリ介入が乳がんサバイバーの活動量増加や心の回復に与える効果を無作為化比較試験で明らかにすることである.具体的な目標は, 1)地域基盤型活動アプリと筋力等の強化運動の併用教材を開発し, プレテストを実施する. 2)アプリを導入し, 介入による無作為化比較試験を実施し, 評価する.2022年度は１.地域基盤型活動アプリ介入内容の開発と検討　1）文献を調査し,文献整理ソフトで文献を整理し参考にする.2）サバイバーの体力水準と機能低下を考慮したプログラムを開発する. ①肩の関節可動域やストレッチ,　握力強化運動や歩行運動量を増加させる「G-WALK＋」の地域基盤型活動アプリを用いる. プログラムは継続可能でセルフケアを重視し,認知行動療法のひとつであるセルフモニタリングを用い,行動変容を促す.プレテストを実施し, 修正することであった.オンライン文献情報ベースのPubMed、CINAHL、医中誌を用いて、乳がん患者の治療後の在宅で運動の効果に関連した論文を検索した。治療の進歩の影響を加味し機関を2013～2022の10年間に限定．検索キーワーズは「乳がん」「在宅」「歩行」「筋力」「QOL」「不安(の軽減)」「一次治療終了後」で論文は147件であり、ランダム化比較試験でない、乳がんのみでない、治療後ではないなどの削除条件を設定し、ハンドサーチで検討した結果25件に絞られた。文献のクリティークを進め、さら無作為化試験の登録WebであるCochranライブラリーの検索を加え文献検討を実施し、地域基盤型活動アプリと筋力等の強化運動プログラムの根拠基盤を明確に進めた。
