The aim is to fabricate the bio-actuator mimicking the skeletal muscle tissue and to assemble a microrobot. The bio-actuator is made by assembly of modular fibers with magnetic ends, which are for the manipulation of the fibers including culture with stretch, mechanical properties evaluation, and assembly of fibers.In 2022, to achieve the assembly of the modular fibers, I focused on the fabrication of muscle fibers with magnetic ends, and evaluation of the mechanical properties of fibers. By selecting the magnetic nanoparticles, the max magnetic force reached 3 mN, which satisfied all of our manipulation .And I succeeded the monitor of young's modulus change of the msucle fiber by switch between the systems for culture with magnetic stretch, and tensile experiment with magnetic fixation.
