In 2022, the theoretical analysis of obtaining the optimal policy settings to achieve a win-win between the environment and economy under the two typical trade agreements (conventional trade agreements and deep trade agreements) has been finished. The research result has been presented at the academic conference and is prepared to submit to the peer-reviewed journal.First, this research finds possible policy settings to achieve a win-win between the environment and the economy. This finding is of practical implications for sustainable development and could be a reference for policymakers. Second, the research finds the mechanism of how a bilateral agreement extends to multilateral agreements. It's very meaningful for the process of global integration.
