Summary of this project is as follows.1. Theoretical analysis of spin-specific vibronic coupling and discussion in association with Cooper Pair.2. Calculations of the electronic structures of miscellaneous conductive polymers including novel polymers.3. Theoretical analysis of interchain conduction mechanism in lightly-doped polyacetylene.4. Experimental and theoretical analyses of polythiophene and poly(3-methylthiophene).5. Experimental analyses of electric transport properties of the pristine and the doped polyacenic materials prepared by pyrolytic treatment of phenol-formaldehyde resin.
