Historical, Empirical and Theoretical Studies on Fiscal Investment and Loan Program in Japan

为了达到本研究的基本目标，有三点是很重要的。(1)厘清日本财政投贷款计划的历史发展脉络。(2)构建分析日本财政投贷款计划形成机制的理论框架。3)将日本的制度与其他国家的制度相比较。通过近两年来对这一课题的研究，对日本信用制度的整体脉络有了清晰的认识，并取得了有益的成果。

Three poinls are important in achieving the basic objective of this study. 1) To clarify the bistorical development of Japan's Fiscul Investment and Loan Program. 2) To construct the theoretical Framework to analyze the mechanism of it. 3) To comyare Japanis system with counterpart system in other countries.As a result of studying this topic for the paot two years, a whole perture of Japanis credit program is wade clear with weaningful results.
