The Landlordly System in Japan was disappeared in the period of Agrarian Reform (1945.12-1952.7). This study intend that the elucidation of the Agrarian Reform of Japan.In this study, the survey area is Miyagi Prefecture. We have considered on the minutes of proceedings of Agrarian Commitee of Miyagi Prefecture and the statistics of land emancipation.And in order to examine the characteristics of the Agrarian Reform, we have investigated at Sendai City, Marumori Cho, Kogota Cho, Shizugawa Cho and Toyosato Cho.

土地改革时期（1945年12月-1952年7月），日本的地主制度基本消失。本研究以日本土地改革为研究对象，以宫城县为研究区域。我们研究了宫城县土地委员会的会议记录和土地解放的统计数据，为了考察土地改革的特点，我们在仙台市、丸森町、越越田町、静川町和丰里町进行了调查。
