The aim of this present pater is to investigation and make clear aspects and points at issue of the problem of Agricultural Successors throush actural sorvey concerned with form and development of Japanes Agricultural Productive Organization.The main points of these case-studies are following:1.Japanese Agricultural Productive Organization is concerned with Japanese Agricutural Productive Structure,industrial ptructure(Particulaly non-agricultural labor market condition),pocial structurein 'Hamlet' ('Mora') in the rural district.2.Development of Japanese agricutural productive organiztion is concerned with change of the system of'Farming Hooseholds:and 'Hamlet'('mora').3.Japanese agricultural problam'as industry and occupation is much important them the problom of Japanese agricultural successor'as 'the roral family occupation'in the problem of Japanese agricultural successors.

本文旨在通过对日本农业生产组织形成与发展的实际调查，探讨并明确农业接班人问题的各方面和问题点。这些个案研究的要点如下：《日本农业生产组织》关注的是日本农业生产结构、产业结构（特别是非农劳动力市场状况）、农村地区的社会结构等。日本农业生产组织的发展与“农户”和“哈姆雷特”制度的变迁有关。在日本农业继承人问题中，作为产业和职业的日本农业继承人问题是非常重要的，而作为家族职业的日本农业继承人问题也是非常重要的。
